Apollo Beach Florida - Truly An Escape And A Great Place To Live

Apollo Beach is located on the eastern side of Tampa Bay in the SouthShore region of Hillsborough County, Florida. There is nothing like enjoying that bright, warm sunshine gleaming downing on ones face, especially after having a long day of work. Apollo Beach offers so much variety in festivities and waterfront living. Imagine being out on a boat with your friends, fishing right off Apollo Beach. The complete relaxation you can have is only one step away, all you have to do is take that initiative in visiting Apollo Beach. Once there I'm sure you will never want to leave. Whether you're tanning on the Beach of Apollo Beach or heading down a channel in a canoe in Apollo beach, the experience will always be the same. You will think "I'm so happy I decided to move here".

Apollo Beach is centrally located in the Tampa Bay area and enjoying the vast array of recreational experiences. Apollo Beach is very close to both I75 and I4, approximately 20 minutes from Tampa, 30 minutes from both Bradenton to the South and Busch Gardens to the North, 45 minutes from either Tampa International Airport or the Gulf Beaches, and only some 90 minutes from the Orlando area Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studios, and other recreational attractions. Apollo Beach is also a man-made community that satisfies most boaters needs of power sailing, power boating, fishing, water skiing, and more.

One of my personal favorite activities is fishing. There are plenty of Florida Game fish in the area for you competitive anglers out there. Species that can be found in open waters or down a channel in Apollo Beach includes Cobia, Snook, Redfish, Sheepshead, Speckled Trout, Tarpon, and sharks. Beyond the waters of Tampa Bay lie the intra-coastal waterway and Florida's west coast barrier islands and the deeper waters of the Gulf of Mexico (which is great for deep sea fishing). If you visit Little Manatee River State Park in Apollo Beach, there is much more to do than just fishing. You can explore on of their

many nature trails admiring all the butterflies, squirrels, birds, turtles, and more. If you love horses, their trails welcome all horse back riders.

Apollo Beach is also growing in it residential real estate and commercial real estate. With the large increase of an economy, it's a great time to move to Apollo Beach. There are plenty of cultural activities to do there including, movies, parks, theatres, beaches, trails, museums, events, and the Performing Arts Center in Tampa. To even get down in more specifics, their parks have tennis courts, basketball courts, track, volleyball courts, and softball and baseball fields. One of Apollo Beach's more popular communities is Mira Bay.

Apollo Beach also supports the protection of Manatees, which everyone knows, is Florida's very own sea cow. These creatures are very docile and are commonly target by boat propellers every year, so you Apollo Beach boaters other there, you better be careful. Manatees migrate to the warm waters around the cooling water outflow from the Tampa Electric Company facility, where you will find both a manatee viewing center and nature trail as well.
